SMS Integration with WispHub

Send SMS notifications through the LabsMobile platform integrated with the WispHub, the cloud platform for WISP and ISP system. Configure your WispHub application to send alerts, warnings and reminders via SMS in seconds with LabsMobile.

Requirements

  • Create an account on the WispHub platform. More information at wisphub.net .
  • A LabsMobile user account. Follow the link below to create a new account: Register.

Authentication

In the integration with WispHub, authentication is performed with two parameters:

  • The username of the account to be entered in the username field.
  • The tokenapi to be assigned in the password field. This tokenapi can be generated from the API Settings section of your account.

Recommendation You can generate API tokens from the API Settings of the account. We recommend changing the token frequently and using different tokens for each use, connection or integration.

Installation

  1. Enter your WispHub account.
  1. Navigate through the main menu to Settings > WhatsApp/SMS > Generic SMS.


  1. Configure the following fields in the configuration form.
    • URL Gateway: https://api.labsmobile.com/get/send.php?
    • Parameters: username=myUsername&password=myTokenAPI &msisdn={destinatario}&message={mensaje}
    • Method: GET


  1. To send notifications, the Send SMS alert option must be activated and the client must have its phone number.


  1. Run tests from the Clients > Client List option. You must choose a client, select the Send SMS to Selected Clients action, and click Run.


  1. Finally, choose the Generic SMS gateway, template, message content, and click Yes, I am sure
