  • Execution of a contract: Provision of the requested services,
  • Compliance with a legal obligation: - Law 58/2003 of December 17, 2003, General Tax Law. Art. 66-70 The statute of limitations is four years (investment goods registry book, accounting book, balance sheets...). - Commercial Code. Entrepreneurs shall keep the books, correspondence, documentation and supporting documents concerning their business, duly ordered, for six years (register book of invoices issued, register book of invoices received, journal...).

The data will be communicated to the following recipients: Tax and Accounting Consultants, Public Registries, Banks and Savings Banks and Tax Administration, in order to comply with legal obligations.

001TECH SL always acts as a processor on behalf of the data controller (the client).

Consent to the use of cookies

In order for our website to function properly we use cookies. To obtain your valid consent to the use and storage of cookies in the browser you use to access our website and to document it properly we use a consent management platform: CookieFirst.
