Promotion Terms and Conditions

Promotion

The "November BLACK" promotion offers a 20% discount on the current public rate (excluding VAT) shown on our website (https://www.labsmobile.com/es/precios-sms) at the highest range.

The objective is to promote the sending of LabsMobile clients' campaigns during the month of November 2024.

Duration

The "November BLACK" promotion starts on November 1, 2024, at 00:00:00 and ends on November 30, 2024, at 23:59:59. The promoter reserves the right to change the start and end dates of the promotion and to modify these terms and conditions in case of unforeseen circumstances, beyond their control or will.

Requirements

The following requirements apply:

• Minimum purchase. The minimum purchase required to apply the promotion discount is €100 (excluding VAT) or the equivalent in the client's local currency.
• Expiration of promotional credits. Credits purchased are valid during the month of November 2024. There is no refund for unused credits. On December 1, 2024, all credits acquired under this promotion that are unused will be recalculated and adjusted according to the standard rate without promotion.
• Promoted service. The acquired credits can be used to send any type of SMS (standard, Unicode, and concatenated) to any destination country during the promotion period.

Support and Advice

At LabsMobile, we are committed to providing the best service to our clients, which is why during the entire month of November 2024, our technicians will be available to offer free advice and support. This support service will be carried out through our Support Center (support@labsmobile.com).

It includes all aspects related to campaigns such as:

• Importing recipient databases
• Updating and cleaning the recipient list
• Advice on the message, sender, links, and resources to be sent in the campaigns
• Recommendations for campaign scheduling (date, time, recurrence)
• Support in interpreting campaign results

No custom development or implementation outside of the services included in the WebSMS application is provided.

How to qualify for the November BLACK promotion

The following steps must be followed to qualify for the promotion:

• Create a user account on the LabsMobile SMS platform
• Follow the steps to validate the account by making an initial purchase
• Make one or more purchases selecting the DISCOUNT COUPON found in the second step of the purchase process

If you already have a validated account, the process will start at step 3.

This promotion is incorporated as an annex to the previous clauses of the Terms of Service of the LabsMobile platform for those clients who wish to join.
