Integral Management System Policy

001TECH, S.L. is a company specialized in providing SMS messaging services and communications solutions for companies, with an extensive experience in the sector. We focus on offering innovative technological solutions that guarantee security, continuity and quality in the management of business communications.

To guarantee the continuity and security of our services is a fundamental strategic objective for 001TECH, S.L., so we continuously invest in the improvement and updating of our technologies, processes and in the training of our human team. Our commitment to excellence drives us to develop an Integral Management System based on the UNE-EN ISO/IEC 27001 standard, whose principles are the following:

  • Establish information security management as a strategic pillar for the organization's operations and as a competitive advantage that strengthens our position in the market.
  • Implement business continuity management that allows us to maintain our critical operations in the face of any disruptive event.
  • To meet our customers' requirements and expectations regarding the security, continuity and reliability of our SMS messaging services.
  • Identify, analyze and manage risks associated with information security and business continuity, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity and availability of our assets.
  • Continuously optimize our internal processes to improve the efficiency, effectiveness and competitiveness of the organization.
  • To promote the continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System in order to strengthen our performance and the quality of the service offered.
  • Establish and periodically review the objectives of the Integral Management System, ensuring the availability of the necessary resources for its fulfillment.
  • To raise the level of satisfaction of our customers by constantly improving our products and services.
  • Comply with all applicable legal, contractual and regulatory requirements, as well as with any other commitment acquired in relation to the quality and safety of our services.
  • Promote effective internal and external communication on the principles and guidelines of the Integrated Management System.

This Policy is communicated at all levels of 001TECH, S.L. and is available to all relevant stakeholders within our Integrated Management System.
