Terms and conditions of the promotion

PROMOTION

The BLACK November in Labsmobile promotion consists in a discount of around 20% over the current price (without IVA) that appears in our website (https://www.labsmobile.com/es/precios-sms) in the top tier (starter pack for lower pricing). 

DURATION

The promotion starts on October 31, 2023 at 00:00:00 and ends on November 30, 2023 at 23:59:59. The promoter reserves the right to change the start and end dates of the promotion, and to modify these terms and conditions in the event of unforeseeable circumstances, beyond its control or its will.

REQUIREMENTS

These are the requirements:

• Minimum purchase. The minimum purchase for the promotion discount to apply is €100 (excluding VAT) or equivalent in the customer’s local currency.
• Expiration of credits. The credits purchased are valid during the month of November 2023. The return of unused credits is not contemplated. On December 1, 2023, all credits purchased subject to this promotion and not used will be recalculated and adjusted according to the standard rate without promotion.
• Promoted service. Purchased credits can be used to send SMS messages of any type (standard, Unicode and concatenated) to any destination country during the promotion period.
