Terms and conditions of the promotion

PROMOTION: “The BLACK November in Labsmobile” promotion consists in a discount of around 20% over the current price (without IVA) that appears in our website (https://www.labsmobile.com/es/precios-sms) in the top tier (starter pack for lower pricing).

Additionally, if you attend the 27 of October Webinar (with this price) you will obtain a discount code of 50€ (or the equivalent in your local currency), cumulative with other promotions.

DURATION: The promotion starts on November 1, 2022 at 00:00:00 and ends on November 30, 2022 at 23:59:59. The promoter reserves the right to change the start and end dates of the promotion, and to modify these terms and conditions in the event of unforeseeable circumstances, beyond its control or its will.

REQUIREMENTS: These are the requirements:

Minimum purchase. The minimum purchase for the promotion discount to apply is €100 (excluding VAT) or equivalent in the customer’s local currency.
Expiration of credits. The credits purchased are valid during the month of November 2022. The return of unused credits is not contemplated. On December 1, 2021, all credits purchased subject to this promotion and not used will be recalculated and adjusted according to the standard rate without promotion.
Promoted service. Purchased credits can be used to send SMS messages of any type (standard, Unicode and concatenated) to any destination country during the promotion period.

SUPPORT: our tech support will help any clients who need it for their campaigns during the month of November 2022. This support service does not have an additional cost. Communications will be carried out with our support center (support@labsmobile.com) and includes all aspects related to the campaign, such as:

Importing receivers databases.
Refreshing and cleaning of the list.
Advice on messages, receiver, links and other resources to send in the campaigns.
Recommendations about scheduling (date, hour, resend) of the campaigns.
Support when interpreting the results of the campaigns.
