Choose the messaging pack that fits your needs and pay only for the SMS messages you send. You will not have to pay anything else. At LabsMobile we have no setup fees, no maintenance fees, and no minimum monthly volume.

SMS rates are indicated in price per credit. Credits are the internal unit of LabsMobile with which you can send SMS to any destination. That is, any purchase or recharge adds credits to your account. It is possible to consult the cost depending on each country.

In this way, it is possible to send to any destination or any type of message. The LabsMobile platform will consume the corresponding credits. Therefore, it is not necessary to buy a pack for each destination country.

The validity of any pack purchase or credit recharge is 18 months from the transaction confirmation date. In this way a user can estimate consumption over several months and make a larger purchase obtaining better volume pricing and reducing the number of transactions.

SMS purchases or recharges can be of any amount, but there is a minimum purchase amount which is 9€ or $10 USD.

Buying SMS credits in LabsMobile

The purchase of credits in LabsMobile is done through the control panel of the Web SMS application. You will be able to access after having an account that you can register with an email. Creating an account does not generate any kind of cost, expense or commitment. In addition, you will be able to test all the services of our platform with free initial credits.

Steps to buy SMS messages

1. Enter the number of messages to buy.

The equivalent in credits and unit cost in the default currency of the account will be displayed at all times. In this step of the purchase you will see that the system suggests some usual packs in the purchases of our customers. But it is possible to select another exact amount of messages. That is to say that this step can always be modified according to the needs either for a specific sending or campaign.

As we explained before, in the case of sending SMS to different destination countries, we recommend using a sending form to calculate the exact number of credits needed for sending.

2. Select the payment method.

The payment methods of the SMS LabsMobile platform may vary depending on the billing country of the account, but mainly are: credit/debit card, wire transfer, PayPal and local payment methods (e.g. Via Baloto in Colombia or OXXO in Mexico).

Recently LabsMobile has added cryptocurrencies (such as BTC, ETH, LTC, etc.) as a payment method through the Coinbase eCommerce platform. This type of payment is available for any account.

3. Top-up confirmation.

In general credits are added to the account right after receiving the payment confirmation. That is why the period between the payment and the availability of credits depends on the payment method. Credit card payments are added more immediately, when the gateway confirms the transaction. On the other hand, if the user selects wire transfer the credits are added when the amount of the transaction is received in the LabsMobile account or when the transfer receipt is sent to the Support Center.

However, it should be noted that for security reasons the first transaction of new accounts must be validated manually by our support staff.
