Receivers who see an unknown number have a higher tendency to ignore those messages. In turn, if they see the name of a company they know and trust, they feel inclined to read the content of the message.

2Then, you have to write your message. The content is very important, which needs to be precise and to the point. It will depend on the objective of the campaign: the promotion of a new product or service, increasing sales, informing clients about a situation, carrying out a poll, etc. SMS are characterized for being short, which allows people to read them quickly and remember them. Thus, the information needs to be simple and concrete, without filler content.

3The third point is the personalization of messages. Companies work with a database where they store information about their clients. In case you don’t have one, you can rent a database and personalize the messages with that info so as to generate a special relationship with receivers. For example, it has been proven that SMS that address clients by name are much more effective than generic ones, which can be perceived as cold and distant.
