  • How can I contact LabsMobile?

    LabsMobile offers different contact methods like:

    • - Account manager. Each one of the accounts registered on LabsMobile platform has assigned an Account Manager that will follow-up the account and offer personal and professional attention on all the cases. Customer service hours are from 8 am to 8 pm (CEST).
    • - Support center. This 24 hours 365 days a year support center will answer any of your queries and also attend and resolve any incidents. Tickets can be created through the Support center section on the Dashboard or sending an email to support(at)labsmobile.com.
    • - Our webContact form for any general query.
    • - Customized Budget request for receiving customized proposals depending on sending volume and destination countries.

  • What is the average time the LabsMobile Support Center takes to respond?

    LabsMobile Support Center is operational 24 hours 365 days a year for any incidents that occur.

    However, for administrative issues, account validation, or any other business issues may take longer response time. Administrative issues (budget requests, offers, service availability, etc.) will usually be responded in the following 24 hours during a business day.
