  • Is it possible to create subaccounts or have different users?

    Yes. Support Center through email to support(at)labsmobile(dot)com or account support section should be contacted.

    Administrator account will have a new section to create, delete or modify the subaccounts’ balance. Multi-account management should be done manually through the administrator account or LabsMobile API Admin. It is possible to customize and configure the option menu and sections visible to subaccounts.

    It is also possible to create several independent accounts by registering each account with a different email address. In this case there will not be an administrator account. Each account will have to provide Tax ID and business address and perform the validation process independently.

  • How do I change my account password?

    Password can be changed in Passwords account section.

    In case of not remembering or having lost the account password it is necessary to go to Password recovery.

  • What should I do if I have lost my account password?

    In case of not remembering or having lost the password to enter the account it is necessary to go to Password recovery.

    It is also possible to contact Support Center through email to support(at)labsmobile(dot)com or account support section for password resetting and receiving the new password through email or any other way.

  • What is the anti-duplicate filter about and how can it be disabled?

    Anti-duplicate filter avoids sending duplicate messages to the same receiver. LabsMobile platform automatically detects as a duplicate a message with the same text sent to the same number during the same 60 minute strip. The first message will be sent but all the following attempts will be tagged as duplicates, will not be sent and will not generate any consumption of credits.

    It is possible to disable/able this filter through Account settings.

  • How do I change my account username email?

    The change of the username of an account must be done by contacting LabsMobile Support Center through email to support(at)labsmobile(dot)com or account support section.

    LabsMobile team will confirm the reception of the request for a change of a username and within 24 hours the change will be done and confirmed.

  • How do I deactivate and configure the notifications that I receive by email?

    All notification messages sent from LabsMobile platform are parameterized through Notification settings account section. In this section you can deactivate/activate and configure all types of notifications that will be received in this account.

  • How do I contract a Virtual Number for SMS reception?

    Virtual Numbers are only available for some countries and rates depend on the country.

    Contracting a Virtual Number for SMS reception must be done by contacting LabsMobile Centro de Soporte through email to support(at)labsmobile(dot)com or account support section. Please include in your request the country of messages reception and usage of the messages.

    LabsMobile Support team will confirm the availability of Virtual Numbers and rates depending on the country.
